Informing Management of Issues

There are many different kinds of issues you might wish to bring to management's attention. Generally, they might range from "Emergency" (a medical situation, for example) all the way down to "Minor" (excessive leaves in a parking lot, for example). Unless you know exactly who to inform, it is suggested that you first contact the Front Desk. If it's a simple matter, they may be able to handle it easily. If they can't, they will pass it on to the appropriate person or department.

You should also consider bringing the matter to the attention of one of the Resident committees such as Assisted Living, Building Services, Dining, etc. Please visit the Committees page for a complete list. Topics of a confidential nature should be brought directly to the Executive Director's attention -- immediately if warranted.
