How do I call "911"? Just pick up your landline and dial "911" or "8" -- [pause] -- "911". Either way will get you to "911". Either number will also notify the Front Desk that you have an emergency. The latter will respond to your home to assist emergency personnel.
When and where are the Residents' meetings held?

first Tuesday of the month -- 2:00-3:00 PM -- Granite Mountain Room
What should I do to be able to vote in the next election?
Arizona law requires that you must register or re-register to vote upon ANY CHANGE OF ADDRESS. This is true even if you are moving to another home or
apartment within Touchmark. If you change your address at the DMV you will be offered the opportunity to register. If you don't drive, you will need to re-register.
One of our residents is authorized to accept your registration application and send it to the Yavapai County Voter Registration department. You should also
contact this resident if you don't receive your ballot when they are mailed out. To obtain the contact information for this individual, please use the
Contact Us form and we will put you in touch with them.
What is Community Engagement and why am I asked to use it all the time?
Please visit the Community Engagement page for an explanation regarding what it is and how it's used. You will find that
it can be very helpful to learn more about Touchmark's activities, leadership and resident committees. There is a learning curve involved so you are encouraged
to attend the Life Enrichment sessions devoted to this topic.
Where can I find information about schedules and meetings?
Robo calls, email, TV channel 2, flyers posted in elevators or delivered to residents and occasionally Community Engagement are the most common forms of
providing notice about changes or emergency issues. It is quite possible that information from these different sources will not be consistent. In that case, it's
best to call the Front Desk.
How can I get a directory of Touchmark Residents?
Because people move often, it's hard to keep a physical directory updated so this item has been placed on Community Engagement. It will have color photos
along with contact and other information so you may learn a bit about your neighbors. On Community Engagement it can be found at Menu (three small horizontal
bars in the upper-left corner) then select "Resident Directory" in the left-hand menu. Please be aware that for privacy reasons not all Residents choose to have
their information on Community Engagement so some items may be missing. If you wish to obtain a hard copy of the Resident Directory ask the Front Desk to
print one for you.
How can I get a copy of the Residents' Handbook?
The most recent copy of the official Handbook (2025 edition) is located on Community Engagement. It can be found at Menu (three small horizontal bars in the upper-left
corner) then select "Resident Handbook" which appears in the left-hand menu. If you wish to obtain a hard copy ask the Front Desk to print one for you.
How do I find out what programs are available on our cable TV system?
Please visit the Cable TV page to learn more about this subject.
Why don't you provide contact information for residents and staff? In the interests of privacy, this website will not post such information. However, if you are a Touchmark resident you will have the ability to access their names and contact information through the Community Engagement page of this website.
