The Terms apply to and are binding upon all users of this website, including without limitation, users who are browsers, customers, merchants, vendors and/or contributors of content.

All company, product and service names mentioned on this website are for identification purposes only. Use of these names and brands does not imply endorsement by this website. This website has absolutely no official connection to Touchmark. Nothing published on this website in any way whatsoever represents the position of Touchmark unless it was expressly provided to this website by a company employee or representative who, in his or her official capacity, might have chosen to do so. Information provided on this website includes, but is not limited to, what TPAZ.INFO reasonably believes to be the summation of statements made in numerous Touchmark residents' meetings, electronic or hard-copy notices or other methods of communicating with residents regarding positions taken concerning issues and situations but their accuracy can not be guaranteed. TPAZ.INFO is a non-profit and non-commercial website which accepts no advertising or financial support. It seeks only to collect information for the benefit of Touchmark residents in order that they may be informed about important matters relating to their daily life. Such items might include dining information (when, where and how to order and pick up meals, reserve tables, etc), the obtaining of services offered by Touchmark (rides to off-campus events and medical or other appointments, notary services, descriptions of Life Enrichment programs, the reporting of needed equipment and building repairs, landscaping issues, etc).

Applicable Laws

By using this website, you agree that the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to principles of conflicting laws, will govern the Terms, for any dispute of any sort that might come between TPAZ.INFO and you or your business partners and associates.

Disputes

Any dispute related in any way to your use of, submission to or other contribution to this website shall be litigated by a State or Federal court located in Yavapai County, Arizona and that you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such court or courts.

Submissions Policy

The Webkeeper welcomes your letting TPAZ.INFO know about typos, corrections, out-of-date information and similar suggestions regarding this website or the validity of its contents. Submissions of any kind are expected to be truthful, reasonably based upon your personal knowledge and capable of being verified. If posted, submissions that appear to the Webkeeper to be based on gossip, rumor or speculation may be identified as such. This website is not a blog or similar outlet for site visitors to air real or imagined grievances of any kind.

Any material considered by the Webkeeper to be improper, untrue, deceptive, misleading or inflammatory in any way will not be posted on this website. The Webkeeper reserves the right to edit, without notice to the submitter, any submissions for content, length, format or suitability before publishing them on this website. By your submission you grant TPAZ.INFO a royalty-free and non-exclusive license to edit, display, use, copy, transmit and broadcast any of the content that you send to us.

Touchmark's management is invited to submit material for inclusion on this website. Any such submissions will be subject to all of the website policies as specified on this and other webpages. If utilized, submissions by Touchmark may be identified as such in order that website visitors are informed as to the source of that information. The submission of any such material to TPAZ.INFO by Touchmark shall be interpreted as to give the Webkeeper permission and consent from the copyright holder to lightly edit that material for length, format and clarity if necessary and post it pursuant to applicable State or Federal laws (including that of the Fair Use doctrine) and the policies of this website. If the Webkeeper is provided with sensitive and/or confidential information from Touchmark's management, such confidences shall be honored.

This website does not seek to collect any of your personal information. If, for instance, such information is revealed to us because you have contacted us, your information will not be posted or revealed to anyone without your explicit permission in writing, your selection of an appropriate checkbox on a webpage or the receipt of a properly served and valid subpoena. An anticipated exception to this policy would be when you ask us to post an entry on the "Buy, Trade & Free" and "Lost & Found" pages. The contact information you ask us to post will be visible to website visitors who may not necessarily be Touchmark residents.

Some of the pages on this website would normally contain the names and contact information of Touchmark residents and staff who are committee members or department heads, respectively. This would allow you to communicate directly with them regarding a particular subject. This website will, in the interests of privacy, not post such information. If you are a Touchmark resident you have the ability to access their contact information through an online secure portal which is used, approved and maintained by Touchmark. The Webkeeper has no financial ties or relationship of any kind with respect to Touchmark except for those which are generally regarded as necessarily resulting from their Landlord/Tenant relationship. The Webkeeper has no agenda regarding this website except that of providing residents with a convenient way of obtaining current information about relevant policies and procedures as well as tips and tricks that are helpful to enjoying life at Touchmark.
