This website strives to collect and maintain important information for Touchmark residents to easily access and act upon. Examples of this information are the
hours of operation of the various dining venues, how to order food and make dining reservations, how to contact staff and other residents, the listing of various
policies and tips and tricks related to daily life at Touchmark.
Touchmark currently provides a large amount of information to residents regarding ever-changing items such as activities listings, menus and policies. This information
is generally distributed through the use of meetings, emails, telephone calls, postings on Touchmark's TV channel 2, flyers posted in elevators or delivered to residents
and a quarterly newsletter. Significantly, an official Touchmark website known as "Community Engagement" is also utilized to post information. More details about this

However, such information is not always readily available or even internally consistent. It has been scattered over a blizzard of memos and statements made at residents'
meetings, currently numbering five times a month. Policies or changes to them are not easily available for residents to review. As a result, there is no central depository
of information important to residents and the preservation of institutional knowledge.
Until now, that has been the case. This website, while not sanctioned by Touchmark management, intends to fill the gap that exists between the "official sources" of
information and the realities of daily living at Touchmark at The Ranch.
Some of the pages on this website would normally contain the names and contact information of Touchmark residents and staff who are committee chairs or department heads, respectively. This would allow you to directly communicate with them regarding a particular subject. In the interests of privacy, this website will not post such information. However, if you are a Touchmark resident you will have the ability to access their contact information through an online secure portal which is used, approved and maintained by Touchmark.
